Everything was great - except after a 3 hr drive to get there, we were forced to wait over 2 hours to pay cash. That wait time was unacceptable. I had emailed all required documents so they could have all of the paperwork completed by the time we arrived. Car was ready to go, paperwork was fairly ready to go, but whomever had to take our cash was not...... ( +and they knew exactly the time we were arriving.)

Amazing customer service!! Shawn went above & beyond and even moved my infant car seat AND BASE (not an easy task) from my car to the rental car. He even anchored it in. I’ve never gotten anything but superb customer service here!

After my previous review Lee the manager of midways service department called me. While I still think the price of the oil change was high the main problem with their “special customer” service flyer. The flyer had my name my type and year of vehicle and Chevrolet rewards points. I showed the flyer to the gentleman at the service counter and he said nothing of the oil change price being for a gas truck and mine is diesel. The gentleman at Midway Motors in McPherson were professional and courteous throughout the entire purchasing process. Matias was quick to answer all of my inquiries regarding the Bronco I was interested in and worked with me to get the deal I wanted in the end. Once I went into the dealership, the process was streamlined and I spent less than an hour there. Our salesman Ky was great. Very friendly and helpful. You finance guy is not friendly or helpful. Very standoffish. Plus we only got one key and had to request to get another one and he was a total jerk about that. Overall a good experience.

I live in Wichita, but visit family in McPherson frequently and purchased my vehicle at the Midway in McPherson. I had planned on visiting family Saturday Sept 24th, but I had noticed a screw in my tire which I felt needed to be repaired before traveling to McPherson. Midway will get all my future business. They gave me $4000 more for my trade in than Davis Moore offered me. Also, they gave me a discount off of my new Jeep order, Davis Moore wanted full MSRP. Their document fee is lower, and they didn’t require a non-refundable deposit either. And are very friendly.
Took it for an oil change. Week later had the plug come out of the oil pan. $400 tow to the dealership to have them fix it for them to replace the plug with some cheap rubber oil plug.
Passing through McPherson when I stopped overnight only to find my battery dead in the morning. Great service from Midway. They checked out my battery, replaced it for me, and I was on my way in less than 30 minutes. Super service, nice staff, lovely lounge with delicious Starbucks coffee while I waited. If you have to have a setback, this is the place, Midway made it almost pleasant.

Told them I wanted a door latched replaced to fix a door ajar sensor, got a call saying my latch was bad… after telling them that. Was $137 to just find that out! After that they wanted $140 for the part, and I contacted another dealer and it was $90. Also said it was going to be $600 plus to replace the latch in a door. Also truck was brought it with 80 plus miles till empty and when picked up it said 13 miles to E. Overall customer service was very poor with communication and overpricing for parts and cost of jobs. Normally Midway Motors are great, took our Tahoe on a trip and the vehicle was dead when trying to start. Battery was dead. Came back asked.M. M. about it and they had just serviced it a little over a month ago and found the cranking amps were low but failed to tell me.
Always receive courteous and professional service at this dealer. Vehicle service and repairs are performed promptly.
Not sure how a lof can cost $59.99- just an Explorer. Response I received was oil prices. Took Atleast a hour and twenty minutes, not sure it can take this long either. I guess I will just take my business someplace else..
They did everything to resolve a check engine light, and when they couldn't determine a problem they didn't charge me for the diagnostics they ran. These guys are very professional and were more concerned with fixing my vehicle than charging me. Will be coming back for any issues because I trust them.

I have owned this Edge for 3 months and have put approximately 3,000 miles on it. I have notice a vibration when breaking and took it to Midway Motors. The diagnosis was, the rotors needed lathed. The cost was $236. I am disappointed that I had to have this correction on a vehicle with only 28,000 miles. Keith Sherwood

They did a video of the vehicle inspection as a part of the maintenance. They showed on the video each item, example filters, that needed service and why. I have shown this video to several of our friends and they all expressed they had never seen this done at their respective dealers.
